So……vegan sandwiches. We always have a vegan option on the menu, these have been our 2 most popular, Apollonia and Mushroom Bahn Mi. We’ve always been of the mindset that a banging vegan sandwich should celebrate all that is great in the plant based world without using “fake meats”, pea protein/seitan/whatever. What are your thoughts, would you like to see a vegan “beef birria”, vegan pastrami (seen a technique with carrots that looks interesting) or shall we stick with what we’re doing? Any ideas??? Cheers.
