We’re recruiting for someone to join our awesome cafe team. Primarily to work Saturdays and/or Sundays and also cover some week days during school holidays/breaks. Most weekends are 9.15-1.30 with occasional longer days.

This is for an immediate start and must have availability leading up to Christmas.

Main responsibilities are preparing and serving drinks and light bites, other responsibilities include cleaning of the space/resources so high standards are imperative. Maybe even support with some craft activities.

Rate of pay; National Living Wage/NMW
Clean DBS essential
Strong references

Experience of catering is a bonus but the right personality and attitude is preferred as full training will be given. Our customers are 0 to 5 years so it’s important that candidate enjoys working with babies and children and likes music!

Food hygiene certificate and experience of working in a food environment beneficial but not essential, but completion of a food hygiene certificate is necessary.

Here is this terms weekly timetable.

We can make it work … PAYG is available in addition to the term time bookings on most groups 🎉.

Please try to help us when you come and bring your prop bag or items from home such as a shaker, scarf, tambourine, finger puppet bird etc to keep things at speed.

This session includes Personalised Bauble painting, a hot drink of your choice and access to the sensory room.

This is a crafty session where we’ll support you to create a personalised Christmas Bauble. Create a bauble to capture their tiny hands or toes on a festive keepsake. We’ll send them off to be glazed ready for you to pick them up at the start of December.
