This weekend we’re serving a skewer of chicken thighs and white asparagus, brushed with a glaze made from cider and garum. Served on a jack-by-the-hedge leaf. Meant to be eaten like a taco

Join us on Sunday the 19th April for an Italian Sunday lunch.

The centrepiece of this special menu will be Pollo alla Diavola: boned-out and grilled Herb Fed chicken brushed with a Calabrian Chili glaze.
