And that's it for another term. We're now closed for our Summer break to rest, reflect, recharge and re-energise ready for the Autumn Term ahead!

Thank you to our wonderful cafe team, yoga instructors, event hosts and suppliers for helping me to create this soothing sanctuary for the lovely people of Horsforth and beyond.

And thank you to our wonderful customers who make this space simply magical to spend time in.

Our last Singing Bowl Sound Bath of the term takes place in the studio next Saturday 25th July at 2pm.

Join Emily for 90 minutes of relaxation and bliss and allow her to guide you into a wonderful state of serenity, where you can simply rest and be bathed in the soothing sounds of crystals and Himalayan Singing Bowls.

Sound baths have the benefit of meditation without "feeling like you're meditating" as the sound frequencies adjust our brain wave states.

This slowing down activates our parasympathetic or 'rest and digest' state, allowing the body to internally repair and return to its natural balance.

Healing benefits can be experienced in mind, body and spirit and positive effects associated with this practice are feelings of reduced stress and physical pain, easing of sleep disorders, lowered blood pressure and decreased heart rate.

The session will conclude with grounding to connect again with the present along with a warming yogi tea and a sweet treat!

Join Health & Lifestyle Coach, Dr Louise Guilfoyle .healthcoach for an informal lunch and talk focussed around Menopause.

Find out what's actually happening within the body and how this "shows up" in our skin, body and emotions.

We'll then explore what we can do through simple tweaks to our diet, exercise and lifestyle to help ourselves and if you do want further support from your GP - we'll empower you with the right questions to ask.

Taking place in our light and airy first floor studio, sit and enjoy a delicious 2 course lunch whilst Louise talks you through her expert tips and tricks for a healthier lifestyle.

It's a 90 minute session, so there’ll be plenty of time for questions and general discussion too!

We had a gorgeous private event today - a corporate away day for 12. We hosted a bespoke Reiki, Nidra & Journalling session with the wonderful Lorna 𝕿𝖍𝖊 𝕸𝖔𝖔𝖓𝖘𝖙𝖔𝖓𝖊 𝕬𝖓𝖌𝖊𝖑 🌙🧿, folllowed by a Vegetarian Lunch with Chocolate Brownies and Strawberries to finish! 🍓

Busy weekend? All set to find your sense of peace, tranquility and calm? Then join us on the mat this week for yoga.

Just book and turn up. We have everything you need - from all the gear (including the mats), a range of classes, a gorgeous calming clean space filled with natural light and of course, our wonderful experienced teachers.

Don't worry if you've never done yoga before. With small class sizes (9 maximum) you can be sure of a warm welcome.

This weekend it's the Horsforth Walk of Art - a festival bursting with creativity, music, workshops and community spirit and we're taking part!
