Can’t believe we’re coming up to three years in Leicester.

It genuinely feels like yesterday we were getting the keys, building the place and getting ready to bring My Delhi to a new city.

Three years later, Leicester has become a huge part of our story.

And we’ve still got plenty more to come.

National Curry Week feels like a good excuse to talk about one of our favourite creations.

Harappa Smoked Aubergines is our tribute to the ancient food culture of the Indus Valley, where some of the earliest evidence of curry was discovered.

We took that story and made it our own.
