Sometimes the best family days out are the ones that feel easy from the moment you arrive.

A friendly face at check-in. A space that does not feel overcrowded. Somewhere your child can settle into their play while you remain comfortably close by.

We deliberately limit the number of families in every session because the atmosphere matters to us. It gives children more room to explore and helps grown-ups enjoy the visit without feeling surrounded by the usual school-holiday rush.

Our fully air-conditioned venue offers standard sessions for children up to age 10, as well as selected 0–5 sessions for younger visitors who may feel more comfortable alongside children closer to their own age.

First visits are much easier when you know exactly what to expect 💛

When you arrive, you can park the pram, take off your shoes and complete a quick check-in. Then it is time to order a coffee and let the exploring begin.

Your booking includes 90 minutes of child-led play with access to all our immersive role-play areas. Children can move around the village at their own pace, while grown-ups join in, take a seat nearby or enjoy something from the cafĂŠ.

Bring socks or slippers, anything your child needs to feel comfortable and the usual essentials for babies. We have changing facilities, and the venue is card or mobile payment only.

Our standard sessions welcome children up to age 10. We also run selected 0–5 sessions for families who would prefer a session focused on babies, toddlers and preschoolers.

A children’s activity should not feel like something grown-ups simply have to endure.

We want The Hidden Village to be a place your child asks to return to, and somewhere you are genuinely happy to bring them.

While they explore, create stories and become absorbed in purposeful role play, you can join the adventure or take a seat nearby with something from the cafĂŠ.

Our limited-capacity sessions leave more room to play and help protect the calmer atmosphere our families value. The venue is fully air-conditioned too, so everyone can stay comfortable throughout the summer.

Pretend play might look like simple fun, but it is serious business for growing minds 🌿

While children are serving customers, caring for animals or responding to an imaginary emergency, they are developing skills that reach far beyond the game itself.

Role play can help children:

✨ practise talking, sharing and working alongside others
✨ create stories and use their imaginations
✨ build confidence by trying unfamiliar roles
✨ solve problems and adapt when their story changes
✨ develop vocabulary through real-life scenarios
✨ explore feelings and see situations from another person’s perspective

The loveliest part is that children are not thinking about any of this as “learning”. They are simply absorbed in a world they have created for themselves.

Our village gives them the props, settings and freedom to begin—and their imagination does the rest.

Inside our little role-play cafĂŠ, children can become chefs, servers, customers and cafĂŠ owners - often changing roles several times before their imaginary lunch has even arrived.

Not only is it a beautifully styled miniature cafĂŠ, there is also plenty happening beneath the surface. They are communicating, making decisions, copying familiar routines and creating stories entirely of their own.

And while they are busy serving wooden cakes and making pretend coffees, you can enjoy the real thing from our cafĂŠ nearby.

Not every brilliant children’s activity needs to be loud, fast or exhausting.

The Hidden Village is a child-sized world where little imaginations can take the lead.

Children can invent stories, try out real-life roles and return to the same areas again and again—discovering something different each time. It is play with purpose, but to them it simply feels like fun.

We keep every session at limited capacity so there is space to explore without the usual school-holiday rush. Our venue is fully air-conditioned too, helping families stay cool and comfortable throughout the summer.
