Our All Day Breakfast Brioche has been a hit the past month!

Grilled Brioche Bun • Chilli Jam • Bacon • Fennel & Chilli Sausage Patty • St Ewe Fried Egg • Applewood Cheese 🌱

We’ve also been teaming up with St. Ewe Free Range Eggs | B Corp this past month, their Rich Yolk eggs have made all the difference to this dish and the rest of our brunch menu!

Our Head Baker Kate is moving on to a new and exciting opportunity, and while she’ll be hugely missed, it opens the door for someone new to step into a key role within our growing bakery team.

This role is based at our Ledsham bakery, producing for both Sprout Kitchen Garden and Little Sprout.
