We’re delighted to be welcoming Jeni from The Apothecary back to Mews Bouche for another evening of enlightening and engaging mushroom magic!
This time, we’re turning our attention to mushrooms and their potential role in supporting health and wellbeing during perimenopause and menopause. 🌿
October is Menopause Awareness Month, and with more conversations happening in the media — and so many of us either experiencing it ourselves or supporting someone who is — we thought it was the perfect time to explore some gentle, natural ways we might support ourselves through this stage of life.
Come along, learn something new, ask questions and discover the wonderful world of medicinal mushrooms with Jeni. 🍄 6pm-7:30pm

That’s what our cheese & w**e evenings are all about!
Michele and Andrew will be sharing their expert knowledge, taking us through some delicious cheese and w**e pairings and helping us discover what makes those combinations work so beautifully.
And, of course, there’ll be plenty of gorgeous food, good w**e and great company along the way. 🍂
For our 19th September evening, we’re embracing the change of season with autumnal flavours, wonderful cheeses and w**es to match.

We had such a brilliant little team outing to escape the Titanic at Houdini's Escape Room 🚢😂
Safe to say we brought the same amount of chaos, teamwork and questionable decision-making that we bring to Mews Bouche… but somehow we escaped! 🤣
I’m so bloody lucky to have this little team around me. They work SO hard, keep Mews Bouche ticking along and, most importantly, make it such a fun place to be.
