A busy day at beautiful West Horsley Place for the annual Lactalis conference.

Our team was delighted to provide a refreshments station throughout the day, followed by a freshly prepared chilled finger buffet featuring a selection of finger sandwiches, savoury bites and homemade sweet treats.

What a wonderful day it was to be part of Super Sunday 2026 with the Leatherhead Parish family. 💜

The day began at Leatherhead Theatre with an inspiring talk from guest speaker Glen Scrivener from Speak Life, before hundreds of families made their way to the Parish gardens for an afternoon packed with fun, friendship and community spirit.

From bouncy castles and face painting to ice creams, laughter and plenty of sunshine, it was a joy to see so many people of all ages coming together to enjoy this special annual event.

Our team were delighted to be serving the BBQ throughout the afternoon, and judging by how quickly they disappeared, our freshly baked brownies were a firm favourite too — we don’t think they lasted more than a few seconds! 🍫😄

A huge thank you to everyone at Leatherhead Parish for inviting us to be part of such a fantastic day. We feel incredibly privileged to have played a small role in bringing people together over great food, great company and great memories.

A beautiful early start at Euston Station as The Chairman’s Train arrived onto the platform at 7.43am and Team Lavender were ready to welcome the invited luxury press ahead of their journey north.

Guests were greeted with elegant morning refreshments including smoked salmon bagels, tropical fruit skewers and a delicate selection of mini pastries lightly dusted with vanilla sugar, all served on our signature vintage crockery collection.

As the excitement built and guests prepared to board, there was time to enjoy a warming cup of tea before stepping aboard this exceptional train bound for Scotland.

A truly special launch event and a wonderful way to begin a journey in style.

This beautiful train is available for private hire, creating an unforgettable setting for luxury events, celebrations and exclusive experiences.

Great afternoon watching LFC and end the season with a great win! Awards afterwards recognising our talented team. Watching LFC is such a lovely local fun afternoon for all the family (including well behaved dogs!) to attend. There’s a real sense of community and a need to be part of this club. Lavender Catering is very proud to be ongoing Silver Sponsors and will continue supporting this wonderful club.

Lavender Catering remains fully operational. Sadly we are just closing the cafe.

Hello everyone. It is with our deepest and most sincerest regret that we will be closing our ‘pop up’ cafe in The Swan Centre next month. We came to Leatherhead with lots of love and light and enthusiasm but sadly due to the lack of footfall, two more cafes opening and very little spend we have been unable to make this an independent financially stable business to enable us to take on the full lease. We have honestly tried to keep the cafe open but we just haven’t had enough people visit us. Lavender Catering remains fully operational and not reliant at all on this cafe being open. Please do come and say hello and goodbye and to all those who have been very supporting thank you it’s been amazing to meet you. Team Lavender 😥

Exciting news for Leatherhead!!! 🥳🥳🥳

Today we met the dynamic new Swan Centre team and the new BID Manager. They have great ideas and can’t wait to get to know Leatherhead and help unite the community, businesses and organizations in the town to help Leatherhead thrive.

From left to right: Paulina is the Centre Administrator, Lauren is the BID Manager and Jessica is the Swan Centre Manager, They have a real desire for collaboration and to learn from the people of Leatherhead about what we want to see and do in our town.

There was a lot of Leatherhead love in the room!

Encourage your favourite shops and organisations to engage with the new team and the BID and put ideas forward - the more they put in, the more they’ll get back! Win win.
