We had a visitor today who only pops in every couple of years but stays for three hours each time. Any ideas 🤔............. Yep, you've guessed it, the Environmental Health Officer.

Teresa landed first thing this morning at a very busy time so as you can imagine, service was very slow as checks have to be completed thoroughly and conversations have to take place. We wanted to thank all of our customers who visited us today for their patience and understanding. These visits are essential to ensure we are meeting the correct standards of food hygiene for the safety of our customers.

Again, thanks a lot everyone and just to let you know you're in a food-safe environment as we have been awarded a 5* rating for the third consecutive time since we opened in 2021. 👏🎉

A HUGE THANK YOU to our staff for their hard work day in and day out; you're all a credit to our working family. You all make the business what it is today 🫶 and we feel privileged to have each and everyone of you 😘💕

Well you lovely bunch, we're back in business tomorrow, Thursday 3rd September, from 9am, ☕🫖 🥪 🍰 🍳 🍞 🥓 after our much needed summer break 🏖️ 🌅 🌄 🌞

For me it has been quality time spent doing the things I never seem to get the time to do and spending time at home doing the same............. it's been fab 👌🫶 and I must say, I feel rejuvenated; hopefully, the staff feel the same and like me, feel fully rested and ready to go. 🎉 👏

The only thing left to say is see you all soon and we look forward to welcoming you back to our coffee shop 😘 💕

We're taking some time off for our summer break. A very well deserved one too because as a lot of you know, we've been functioning with two staff members down and have been veeerrrryyy busy. It's been a very tiring, stressful time for us BUT, as always, our customers have been brilliant with their patience and understanding; THANK YOU to all of you 👌🫶😘

Barry and I would like to give a MASSIVE shout out to Brett and Trudi who have worked their socks off to keep us running as smoothly as possible ................. you're both absolute diamonds 💎 and to our daughter Jade who has been helping us out over the past few weeks and has now learned how to use a barista machine ☕we truly appreciate your hard work and THANK THE THREE OF YOU from the bottom of our hearts ❤️💙❤️

We meet at 1pm until around 3pm and chat over a cuppa and a bite to eat 🥪 🍰 🫖 ☕ It's only £2.00 per head and carers and support workers are welcome too.
