Our Caribbean themed evening was such a blast!

We ended up doing one packed-out sitting because we were a few team members down, but it made for such a lovely, intimate atmosphere. We even had a table travel all the way from Wolverhampton to join us! (Thankyou both of you! Can't wait to feed you again)

We appreciate the support so much. We really feel like these events are coming together now since starting this new era of Madame Seitan. For us, it’s entirely about the food and sharing a space with like-minded people.

We have so many ideas for our next events and we're slowly but surely getting them booked in. Keep your eyes peeled for more from us soo, next year is going to be incredibly busy and we can't wait to share it all with you.

Next week's supper clubs menu!

A little update on tickets:

Our 5pm sitting is now completely full, but we still have a final few spots left for the 7pm sitting if you would like to join us.

Tickets are £30 per person for the three courses. Because spaces are so limited, we just ask for payment when you book to secure your seat. Message the page if you'd like to grab the last remaining spaces before they go.

We are still on such a high after our pop-up. It was incredibly lovely to see so many of you come out, share food, and support what we do.

Because it went so well, we are looking for more local spots to team up with as well as our current spot at Nevs kitchen in rugby!!! If you run a local indie space, a cozy cafe, a friendly neighborhood bar, or a taproom in the midlands, we would love to host a kitchen takeover with you. We bring our small-batch, DIY vegan comfort food and a hungry crowd, and it is a really lovely way to bring fresh faces into your venue and create a nice buzz together. If you own a local spot and fancy collaborating for a weekend or an evening, we would love to chat.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who packed out Saturdays event. We had a completely full house, and the vibe in the room was just so lovely and warm.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team beside me. Tom really drove the ship with his experience in Palestinian food, he’s traveled and eaten food there so that was such a big thing for this menu, he brought the vision and menu planning to life with me and seriously brought out the flavours. Rohit worked absolute magic in the kitchen keeping everything running smoothly, and Emily was our absolute angel out front holding it all down and keeping all our lovely customers happy. The team felt so strong and I’m incredibly grateful to them.

Most importantly, we all came together to raise funds for Palestine. We’re going to be choosing a charity to donate everyone’s ticket money to very soon, and I’ll post another update as soon as that’s all sorted.

Thank you all so much for the support, the generosity, and the brilliant energy. There’s definitely so much more to come from us, and I can’t wait to share what’s next.

Hey everyone!

Our upcoming charity kitchen takeover is moving from July 31st to the following weekend: August 8th. Life got super busy but we know that there’s lots of hungry vegans in rugby waiting for this event drop 🌱

We will be taking over .rugby again to bring you an evening celebrating Palestinian culture and cuisine.

Tickets are £25 per person, and 10% from every single ticket sold will go directly to a Palestine charity to support relief efforts. You will get 3 course Palestinian inspired menu , all homemade and vegan!

Wednesday night was so lovely!!!! We had so much fun at our trial menu/night for our close friends and family to test out what we could do at .rugby .

We got a few things to tinker with but we’re almost ready for our public event. Post coming soon! ✨

Some photos of bits and bobs from the events I was apart of while I was at . Super simple set up looking out onto the fields or our really cute diy kitchen down in the ancient woodland (my absolutely favourite time) to serve completely vegan whole food to all the lovely people! Very fond memories!

I am now working from a different premises and have a kitchen inspection booked in. Once we get the ball rolling and we’re back in business we’ll be sharing lots more info.

Excited to be back doing what I love the most, cooking and sharing food with people.
