28-day dry-aged beef patty supplied by Aubrey Allen Leamington, American cheese, Gruyère cheese, beef fat onions, panko fried onion ring, Dijonnaise, lettuce & pickles.

Why’s it called the 1857 you ask? This was the year the last of Victor Baltard’s iconic iron-and-glass market pavilions at Les Halles was completed. Those buildings became the symbol of Paris’s food market and the home of the classic gratinée des Halles (French onion soup).
