We thoroughly enjoyed our first vegan catering gig to a truly lovely lady 👩🍳
As supper was served outside, we decided to go with a morrocan themed feast (with a few Blue Lemon touches of course.)
Each dish was vibrant, nutritional, and exciting:
🔸️Vegetable, chickpea, and apricot tagine
🔸️Lemon and mint cous cous
🔸️Raw Slaw with vinaigrette
🔸️Greek feta, tomato and red onion salad
🔸️Raw courgette and lemon salad
🔸️Potato Salad
🔸️Watermelon with feta,mint and balsamic vinegar
🔸️Toasted Pitta
🔸️Pomegranate, flaked almond and mixed herb toppers
