Today's lunch was a buffalo chicken crunchwrap. I added some onions after taking the first photo which I may include with the actual item as it worked well. Basically the Buffalo Bill in wrap form 😂

Today's lunch has given me an idea. I was playing around with the portions for the Ploughman's and had some bread left over and decided to have a mini fish sub!

What a scorcher! 🌞 ☀️

With the immense heat beaming down on us, not many would find a hot meal fitting for the weather. So I have started making a Summer Menu!

My aim for the menu is affordability and something pleasant for this weather.

Introducing our Ploughman's Platter. Cheeses, bread, salads, sundries, and more! Not enough? Upgrade to the Ploughman's Deluxe or Veggie Deluxe, which includes slices of cured ham and a pork pie, or a trio of devilled-style eggs, coleslaw, and a slice of brie, respectively.

We also have new drinks in with more on the way soon. Lipton Ice Teas, Oasis cans and now Lemon H***h! We will also be serving Pinot Grigio Spritzers and the Cucumber & Lime and Elderflower & Mint Coolers will return!

I will be announcing further additions to the Summer Menu, as well as officially announcing the other drinks later on in the week.

Lovely bit of lamb leg in special for the bank holiday! As well as our classic beef and turkey roasts.

By the way, we also have air conditioning 😉

Bringing back noughties prices! £5.50 fish and chips until end of June

We are now selling additional whitefish species as a means of providing an economic alternative to Cod with its price increase over the past year. Dont worry, Cod is staying, but it does need a price change.

We understand that some species have been missold as Cod back in the day, and as a result many are skeptical on them. So to encourage one to give them a try, we are offering them at a reduced price until the end of June. I will also be making some flavour profiles for those to read in the future

£5.50 Po***ck, Hoki or Hake with chips, then it will be from £7.50 just like the Hake has been since introduced.
