Time to say farewell to the best!🤍
Some people are just bosses. Ashley was never just our boss.
She has been our confidant, our biggest supporter, our friend, and the person who always believed in us, even when we didn’t believe in ourselves. She celebrated every success, picked us up after every setback, fought for us when we needed someone in our corner, and somehow always knew exactly what to say.
The impact you’ve had on all of us goes far beyond work. You’ve helped so many of us through difficult times, encouraged us to grow, and made Melville feel like so much more than just a workplace!
it became a family because of you.
Your leadership wasn’t measured by awards, audits or scorecards. It was measured by the people whose lives you’ve changed, the confidence you’ve given us, and the memories we’ve made together.
There will never be another Ashley, and Melville will never be the same without you.
Thank you for every lesson, every laugh, every pep talk, every hug, every bit of patience, and for caring about each and every one of us far more than you ever had to.
We hope you know just how loved, appreciated and admired you are. Wherever life takes you next, they’ll be incredibly lucky to have you.
