☕Join the Team at AROMA...

With a busy summer ahead, we’re looking for experienced baristas and seasonal staff to join the team.

We’re a high-volume coffee establishment, so we’re looking for people who are hard-working, reliable, and enjoy hospitality. You should be calm under pressure, confident speaking with customers, and able to build strong relationships.

We’re building a team of people who want to be part of something and contribute, not just fill shifts. This isn’t for everyone — but if you enjoy working hard and being part of a strong team, you’ll fit right in.

We invest in the people who invest in us.
