Absolutely delighted to provide the food for The Renfrew Christian Fellowship Church for their annual visit to Largs for the Viking Festival. We have had the pleasure of providing the food to the church from the 1st year we opened. It’s always a pleasure to see them all each year!!

🥔 IT’S NATIONAL POTATO DAY! 🥔

And when it comes to potatoes… we know a thing or two about them! 👀

Earlier this year, The Fish Works was crowned FIELD TO FRIER WINNER at the National Fish & Chip Awards, officially recognising our chips as the BEST IN THE UK! 🏆

Great chips don’t just happen. Behind the scenes, we have our own dedicated potato preparation unit, where every potato is carefully selected, prepared and looked after before it ever reaches the fryer.

From field ➡️ prep ➡️ fryer ➡️ your plate, a huge amount of care goes into producing that perfect fluffy-inside, golden outside chip. ❤️🍟

So on National Potato Day, we’re raising a chip to the humble tattie the little superstar behind one of our biggest achievements! 🥔🏆
