We are looking for a hard working, trustworthy and responsible Manager with previous experience in this type of role.

Requirements:
-Excellent customer service
- Highly skilled in barista & bar work, able to use wine knife
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the restaurant trade, food and drink
-Lives in or close to Largs and is capable of travelling to and from work
-Enjoys being part of a business centred in teamwork
- Able to do a stock take and place orders
- A key holder, opening & closing premises
-Cash handling and till, aswell as writing weekly rotas, managing staff and is the ultimate team player.

To our Battlefield customers, after many wonderful moments and years of proudly serving the community for 4 years, we have made the decision to close our doors.

I am now operating on a limited, semi retired basis and just want to say how deeply grateful for every memory and every celebration that you chose to create with us. It has truly meant so much. A massive thank you and appreciation for our customers over the last 4 years. This restaurant has created some huge life changing moments for me, I met my now wife and shared unforgettable family moments.

While this chapter comes to a close, you’ll still find me in our Largs restaurant which we hope to still welcome most of our battlefield customers there. We also still run and manage Tinto on battlefield road which we have had since 2006.

If you have any gift vouchers please note these can still be used in our Largs restaurant. We also have an Air bnb above the restaurant, you are welcome to book this instead of trying to make the last train home!

Again a massive THANK YOU to all our customers, family, friends and staff that made Skip’s Steak & Seafood Bar what it is today. Without you we wouldn’t have had the push to open and create the Skip’s concept in Largs. We look forward to welcoming you all there.
