Take a look at this beauty! 😍

A huge well done to Lewis & Alex, who teamed up to make our delicious steak & ale pie and for both of them, it was their very first time! 👏

👨‍🍳 Alex made the delicious steak & ale mix
🥧 Lewis then put the pie together and cooked it to perfection and glowing under the pass lights!

And we think they absolutely smashed it! 🙌

Golden, homemade pastry, packed with a rich and hearty steak & ale filling… and what a first attempt! ❤️

We’re delighted to officially introduce Dave, our new Senior Sous Chef! 🎉

With over 25 years of experience working in kitchens, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and experience to our kitchen team.

Dave actually started his journey with us out front, but it wasn’t long before he stepped up and took on his new role in the kitchen and we’re absolutely delighted to have him! 🙌

We’re really focused on food quality, consistency and kitchen compliance, and Dave is already proving to be a fantastic addition to the team.
