Gosh you kept us busy today!!! Shak is definitely the dish of the day!! Thanks to the folk who were super nice and patient when it peaked.

We’ve worked our socks off today ( see last picture ) and prepped hard, ready for a busy weekend!!

We’re into the ’ber season now, which we are LOVING at TOGS. I think autumn is where we shine 🍂

First up, SHAKSHUKA.

Rich, smoky tomato sauce, feta, seriously eggy tofu scramble or a fried egg, with hot buttered sourdough for dunking.

Trust me, it’s divine!!!
*and yes you can spy pumpkin spiced pancakes behind but that’s a whole other grid post right there!!

To the lovely lady who asked “Why does your coffee cake taste so good?!” ( thank you btw )

Probably because we make it with freshly ground Italian coffee brewed in a moka pot. No instant coffee anywhere near this cake.

Real ingredients really do make a difference.

Whole food is good food.

And yes, after all this salad business, we thought it was only fair to show you some cake too. It’s all about balance, right?

Thank you to everyone who grabbed a takeaway today. We’ve had lots of lovely feedback, and it seems you were just as ready for a fresh salad bar as we were!

Of course, we grabbed a box ourselves and headed off for a bike ride down the canal. The perfect lunch. 👌

Our current menu is on the next slide, although it’ll be changing regularly to make the most of seasonal ingredients and keep things fresh.

It’s been a long time coming!! 🥗🫜

Our deli salad bar is now up and running, filled with colourful, fresh whole food salads, homemade dips and all the extra bits that make grabbing a delicious healthy lunch easy.

Everything is made fresh and designed so you can mix and match exactly what you fancy. We’ve made a conscious effort with each menu to keep things balanced too, with plenty of fibre, protein options and lots of superfoods to help you build a proper powerhouse lunch. 💪💪💪

If you’re passing, pop in and have a look. We have all missed what was the wonderful radish from our high streets and hopefully we will fill that salad sized hole.

Boxes are available for takeaway, and of course you can eat in too.

We’d genuinely love to know what you think while we’re finding our feet!
