Well done all that guessed correctly! It’s the return of the Iron Bru but with a new name IRON MOO 🐮 as we have now crossed into the Scottish Borders it only felt right to bring it back 🧡 the ice cream parlour is open until 7pm today and tomorrow so plenty of time to come and give it a try this weekend 🥤🍨🍦

We were asked recently to make a very special cake for a very special boy, Theo. Today is the eve of his 5th Birthday and he and his mum, Jess, who’s a super scooper here at Wallings, are facing the biggest battle. He has been diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma cancer, it’s in his skull, shoulders, chest, hip bones, thigh bones and the main big tumour is above his kidney. It’s also spread into his bone marrow all over his body, a rare and aggressive high risk cancer.
I just wanted to take a moment to wish Theo a Happy Birthday and may he be completely spoilt.
