SUPERVISOR WANTED – JOIN THE TEAM AT THE WATERWITCH! 🍻
Are you passionate about great customer service, leading from the front, and creating memorable experiences for guests? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team at The Waterwitch.
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the pub
✅ Leading and motivating the team during busy shifts
✅ Delivering exceptional customer service
✅ Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance
✅ Handling cash, stock, and opening/closing procedures
✅ Helping drive sales and creating a great atmosphere for our guests
What We're Looking For:
⭐ Previous hospitality or supervisory experience preferred
⭐ A positive, can-do attitude
⭐ Strong leadership and communication skills
⭐ Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy event days
⭐ Passion for pubs, people, and great service
