CODWYDD £4700+ I ELUSENNAU 👏
The club are absolutely delighted to announce that last Saturday's charity match between Clwb Pel-Droed Felinfach and Clwb Rygbi Aberaeron RFC raised at least £4700 for charity — with donations still coming in!
All proceeds will be going toward the families of and charities chosen by Morgan 'Pantrew' Williams and Iestyn Stephens – loyal friends, members and supporters within the club and community – as they continue their recoveries. Aspire offer support and practical help to those with spinal cord injuries, and FND Action is a patient-led charity who offer care and support to people living with Functional Neurological Disorder in Cymru and the UK.
The huge sum raised is testament to the incredible support both clubs are very lucky to have, the endless love from the entire Dyffryn Aeron community that turned out in significant numbers to cheer the boys on, as well as the immense efforts of countless club and community volunteers that worked extremely hard to organise and facilitate such a fantastic day.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone involved in creating such a special day: players, volunteers, supporters, sponsors, prize providers, Tafarn y Vale, Farm2Fork, and so many others. It was an exceptional community effort from all that contributed.
