Your cheesemonger will guide you through the pairings, sharing the stories behind the cheeses and showing you how each w**e brings out something different in every bite.

We’ve been unpacking another exciting selection of artisan cheeses from across Europe—colourful flower-coated cheeses, intriguing flavours and some wonderfully unusual finds you won’t see everywhere.

They’re now available on our counter. Pop in, explore the counter and ask us for a taste
we’ll happily help you discover a new favourite.

Lunch needs melted cheese. Our weekday raclette sandwich brings together warm bread, generous raclette and that unmistakable savoury finish - made for a proper Knutsford lunch stop. Available on weekdays while today's allocation lasts. Pop in early, because when they are gone, they are gone.

Good cheese deserves better than cling film. At home, wrap it in cheese paper, waxed paper or a wax wrap so it can breathe, then place it in a lidded container or the fridge drawer to slow drying. Buy a little less and return more often: smaller, freshly cut pieces are far more enjoyable than a forgotten wedge at the back of the fridge.
