Part time cafe manager role and full time barista roles available.
Ready to pull the best espresso in town? To steam the silkiest milk in the neighbourhood?

What do we need?.....
ESSENTIAL...
- You'll need to have experience of serving high quality drinks in a busy coffee shop. Your ability to balance speed whilst serving high quality drinks is vital to the role.
- You'll need to have exceptional customer service skills. We like people who make themselves memorable.
- You must be able to work weekends (particularly Sundays).
- You must be able to drive or commute to both sites to start at 7am.
- You must be willing to work alone at times, and as part of the team on busy days.
DESIRABLE...
- Knowledge (or interest in) proper speciality coffee. We're talking knowledge of single origin beans, brew methods like v60 pour overs, ability to dial in the grinders... that sort of thing. But, we can help with training on this if you smash it with your enthusiasm, knock-out customer service and willingness to learn.
- Bar experience. One of our coffee shops is also a bar (open till 10pm Fri and Sat) serving wine, draught beers, a few cocktails and sharing boards. Customers will expect you to be knowledgeable about the drinks and food we serve.
- Experience of food handling. We have a small kitchen at Chelford where we toast sandwiches and compile our cheese and charcuterie sharing boards. Some experience of food handling, date stamping, etc would be helpful.
- Awareness of allergens (although training will be provided).
📍 You'll be based between our two sites -
Our OG site - Moor Park speciality coffee shop (King Street carpark, Knutsford). We're proud that this shop has featured in the UK Indy Coffee Guide for the last 2 years.
The newbie - Chelford coffee shop and bar (Knutsford Rd, at the heart of the village). We're thrilled to have just won the Muddy Stilettos awards for best cafe in Cheshire 2026!
You'll be joining a team dedicated to great coffee.
We use some of the finest speciality beans in the business (top 1% as graded by the Speciality Coffee Association).
We're rated No 1 for coffee in Cheshire on Tripadvisor and have won Travellers Choice Awards several years running.
In addition to your hourly rate, you'll get paid for breaks and can have as much coffee you can drink. Discounts on other drinks and food are also part of the deal (on and off shift)
