👨‍🍳 MEET THE TEAM: ALEX! 🍽️

There's a future chef in the making here at the Golden Pheasant, and he's already getting stuck in behind the scenes!

Meet Alex, one of our kitchen team members, who's getting ready to take the next exciting step in his career as he prepares to begin his Commis Chef Apprenticeship! 👏

With plenty of hands-on practice and the guidance and support of our fantastic kitchen team, Alex is busy developing his skills, building his confidence and learning what it takes to deliver great food to our guests.

It's brilliant to see young talent coming through our kitchen, and we're looking forward to watching Alex develop and progress over the coming months.

Keep up the great work, Alex! We're all behind you!** ❤️

🎶 A LITTLE MUSIC, A LOT OF LAUGHTER AND ALL FOR A GOOD CAUSE! 🎸

We had the pleasure of welcoming the Lostock Ukes - Northwich to the Golden Pheasant, and what a fantastic atmosphere they brought with them!

With ukuleles in hand, plenty of familiar tunes and a room full of smiles, they certainly brought a bit of extra life to the pub! 🍻

Even better, they're having a great time doing what they love while helping to raise money for some brilliant causes. ❤️

A big thank you to the Lostock Ukes for joining us. It was lovely to have you all here!

Who doesn't love a bit of live music down their local? 🎵
