⛳️ PILATES FOR GOLFERS WORKSHOP 🧘‍♂️

We’re excited to invite you to a special Pilates for Golfers Workshop designed specifically to help golfers move better, swing more efficiently, and improve performance on the course.

This 1.5-hour practical session will focus on:
✔️ Improving rotational power & swing efficiency
✔️ Building stability & balance
✔️ Enhancing posture & alignment
✔️ Reducing injury risk
✔️ Improving mobility through the hips, spine & shoulders
✔️ Strengthening the core & wrists

This is a hands-on, performance-focused session with minimal talking and plenty of guided movement - all designed to directly translate into your golf game.

Whether you want to increase distance, improve consistency, or simply feel better on the course, this workshop will give you practical tools you can take straight into your swing.
