We source our Rioja directly from Bodegas Santalba, a fantastic family-run winery right in the Haro region. But while they might be dodging flying wine today, we strictly believe that good wine belongs in a glass, not on your t-shirt....

Let's not waste the good stuff! Skip the dry-cleaning bill and come enjoy a glass of Santalba with us instead.

Our Head Chef Ali (formerly of Sommos Winery, Spain) will walk you through his step-by-step process using our giant traditional pan, answering any questions you may have.
