Mark & Sarah Dodson’s picturesque, thatched 13th Century Inn with a cosy beamed bar full of character and a comfortable lounge, offers log fires and a warm welcome. Wonderful friendly service complete this first class restaurant within this North Devon pub in the village of Knowstone. Truly two experiences in one! At lunch time our a la carte menu is supplemented with some seasonal lighter lunch

options. Mark was for twelve years, Head Chef of Michel Roux’s Waterside Inn, Bray. Our food here displays a modern take on British and French classics with a certain complexity in the cooking. The Masons Arms was awarded a Michelin Star in 2006 and has been recognised by all of the major guides. Real Ale and Champagne by the glass with a wine list to suit all tastes.
