A lovely customer wrote this yesterday
Huge shout out to this beautiful little cafe in knaresborough, first time I’ve been in don’t really go places like this regarding Mercie and her needs but we went in and she was about to have a meltdown and the Owner Jules was incredible she was amazing with my little girl, quite often I get looks and judged not here she was a breath of fresh air. Anyone that knows Mercie knows what she’s like and how she is with her food she does NOT eat bread well Jules went through the menu with her took her into the kitchen where she made her own ham sandwhich and ate half I was shocked, she made magical moments for her and said there was a magical fairy called Rachel that lives in the cafe. Anyone that knows me knows my mum was called Rachel and that women didn’t know me if all the names she could have said I believe my mum was there today and they lady Jules was like a beautiful Angel on earth supporting me with my Mercie. When she saw Mercie was about to create again she took her to help clean tables which distracted her ❤️
I just want to say thank you for going above and beyond and making our lunch together beautiful instead of chaos. What a caring and wonderful person ❤️ ❤️
