This Cucumber & Strawberry Cake is a pretty good illustration of the situation in the shop today 😂

Everything is melting (including me) and I'll be honest, it's really, really quiet....

If it stays this quiet I'll be closing the shop early. I'll give it until 1pm but if I don't get many more customers I'm going to call it a day.

Peanut Butter & Marshmallow Brownie (GF/DF)

I got this idea from the back of the Marshmallow Fluff tub...it suggested putting marshmallow fluff and smooth peanut butter in a sandwich...but I thought a brownie would be better!

Apparently Fluffernutter is the official term (I didn't make it up!) but it also means something naughty...so I won't use that name!

The shop will be opening slightly later tomorrow....

I forgot that I was on the open tomorrow (whoops) and hadn't got Norah into breakfast club. So I'll be taking her to school then hot footing it up to the shop to turn everything on and get opened asap.

Sorry for any inconvenience (the end of the school term is nearly here so it's mum-brain all the way)...

It's Norah's Birthday today!

We made a cake for her birthday party yesterday, but we can't eat a whole cake ourselves, so Norah thought it would be a good idea to bring it to the shop!

Norah chose the flavours and decorated it herself - Mixed Berry Vanilla Sponge (DF)

It's only here for today as the fruit won't last longer, so if you fancy a slice...head on down!
