Dear friends, family, and our wonderful community,

We are so grateful for how warmly you’ve embraced our Friday and Saturday evening bar nights at Sofia. It has been fantastic seeing everyone enjoying our cocktails, spending time with friends, and supporting our small local business. We’re all about bringing people together, creating a welcoming social space, and adding something special to our little corner of Kiveton.

To keep this going, we’re simply updating our planning permissions, so you may hear about this over the coming weeks. There are no major changes planned—it’s simply about making official what we already do on Friday and Saturday evenings.

And, thanks to the lovely weather we’ve been enjoying, we’ve also applied for permission to have just two small outdoor tables. After all, who doesn’t enjoy sipping a cocktail in the sunshine?

Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and loyalty. We truly appreciate every one of you and look forward to sharing many more wonderful evenings together.
