Sweet or savoury?

Showcasing two dishes from tonights menu:

Rhubarb & vanilla pannacotta, crumble, poached rhubarb, apple & ginger
Muscat 'vin doux naturel' or sauterne by the glass

Orkney only offers farm cheeses and cheddar so we supplement our board with gjetost (fascinating goats cheese from Norway) and two classic Italians, gorgonzola and taleggio with truffle. These go well with our homemade oatcakes, lavosh and crackers. Garnishes are homemade pear chutney, Orkney butter and frozen grapes from
Orphir!!!
