Valentines day 2026, after 9 years of Thai Kitchen we have sadly decided to close at kirkcudbright golf club. Duangjai simply couldn't run both an extremely busy Thai takeaway with golf catering. Duangjai is now in full time employment and is very happy having days off, and less stressful environment. This is time out and not the end of thai catering for our amazing customers. Look out for us reappearing at markets, guest cooking at other local restaurants and bringing 2 huge woks to customers outdoor parties. ( thank you Lesley Thompson @ Clann for that idea). We wish Kirkcudbright golf club all the best in the future, Duangjai will miss you. So its not really goodbye its more of evolving in a difficult situation for all in hospitality. Thank you to all our customers for your unbelievable support over 9 years 🙏. See you all soon & keep an eye on our page for where Thai Kitchen appearances may be. After chatting about thai kitchen. Somehow my husband got himself on TV. A television food show chatting with the artist//chef of the Samui food exhibition on the hip & trendy Song Wat road in Bangkok. Oh how we laughed seeing this. The new Keith Floyd he says ?
