This week at Talking Cafe, we looked at how music impacts our mental health—whether we’re feeling Buzzy, Flat, or in our Okay Zone. 🎧✨

Together, we created a playlist to help lift us up, featuring hits from Pink, Queen, ABBA, Stereophonics, and more! 🎤🎸
👉 What song always brings you back to your Okay Zone? Drop it in the comments! 👇
Or if you want to come join the group please see the new poster for info 🥰
