Iain Nicholson is an Oxford-based placemaking specialist who has been appointed by Fife Council to carry out a study into vacant premises in Kirkcaldy town centre and develop recommendations to help reduce the number of empty units. Iain will explain the scope of his work and answer questions about the study.
Linda Martin is a Fife-based property investor with extensive experience in residential refurbishment projects, regularly achieving record sale prices through the quality of her renovations. More recently, her focus has shifted towards commercial property investment, taking on buildings that might otherwise sit empty and reimagining them as business hubs, serviced spaces, and mixed-use assets that support entrepreneurship and contribute positively to the local economy.
