I have some bad news ..

Times are a changing and as we start to dig out our big coats, the time has come to wave goodbye to our Tomato dish for another year 👋

It's an absolute cracker - Heritage tomatoes, thai basil, candied peanuts, Nuoc chum dressing 🇻🇳

I love it from my head TOMATOE! 🍅

This weekend is your last chance to try it, so ditch everything and get yourself down!

Warming, spiced and quietly autumnal - a sneak peak at our new dessert inspired by the changing of the seasons. 🍂

Crown Prince squash cheesecake meets honey-mead soaked carrot cake, encased in a crisp fried tart. A sea buckthorn and sour cream sorbet brings brightness and acidity, finished with ginger-compressed squash and candied walnuts 🤩

Established just over the county border, we have The Salford Distillery who create some absolutely banging spirits. Here at Normans, we are a big fan of their rums, stocking the spiced rum and, our all time fave, Rum & Black.

As some of you will know, the Rum & Black is a key component of our Stormin' Norman cocktail, served with a big squeeze of fresh lime and topped with Fever Tree ginger beer.

Not the mention their fab branding looks fantastic on our back bar...

Isle of Wight tomatoes paired with a silky Thai basil emulsion, some crushed peanuts for a lil added crunch, and then finished with a punchy Vietnamese Nuoc Cham dressing.

Another beautifully light dish which is still bursting with flavour.

I don't think you're ready for this jelly...

Another one of Emily's great creations behind the bar (and yet another cocktail with a silly name courtesy of Ted!). Rock Rose gin, Chambord, mulberry jam and lime make up this berry tasty cocktail, perfect for this glorious summer.

Our King Scallop crudo dish is as tasty as it is pretty!

Cured in lime and salt then served within a buttermilk sauce with bright Douglas Fir oil running throughout. Finished with some pickled green strawberries and crisp Granny Smith apple. A super light and fresh dish, packed full of flavour.
