Picture grandma’s trifle, but better (sorry grandma!).

Layered up with sponge biscuit soaked in English sparkling wine syrup, gooseberry jam, white chocolate custard and meadowsweet cream on top. Just in case it wasn’t enough, to finish we have puffed barley, covered in white chocolate, and gooseberry sherbet.
