Well Fired is a collaboration between wine merchant, Tim Worth, and ex-Rolls-Royce programme manager, Dougie Smith that began with a chance meeting on a train from Derby to London. By the time we passed Burton upon Trent, the idea for Well Fired – a partnership based around Big Green Egg cookery – had begun to take shape. Well Fired offers Big Green Egg cookery courses, event catering and a selection of rubs and sauces. We don't believe good food need cost the earth and we seek out interesting cuts and recipes that provide great value for money without compromising on taste. Having said all that ... we're not completely averse to the odd outbreak of decadence or paying our respects to the classics , so you'll see a few of these in here too. You'll find links to Worth Brothers Wines. We run Big Green Egg cooking courses at our Well Fired HQ cabin as well as taking the 'Eggs' on the road.
