People often ask how we keep our cakes so still during the day. Well, did you know that cakes are actually nocturnal? That's right! At night, they prowl the tearoom (and beyond). That's when they hunt, too.
In the morning, they're generally back where they should be, but sometimes we tidy them up a little - like tucking them back in. Except they don't know whether they'll wake up in a human stomach or the cake counter.
