A little refresh of our menus are landing at The Hummingbird this week 🤎

We are ready to welcome all the Autumn cosy flavours, warming notes of spice and a few new reasons to make a lunch date!

Malted Bloomer filled generously with cooked chicken, sweet & sour pickled red onions & Applewood smoked cheddar - toasted to bring all these flavours alive!

🥑 N E W Garden Brekkie Wrap
Avocado, Spinach, Sun-dried Tomato, Hash Brown, Fried Egg & Sweet Chilli Sauce all wrapped up and toasted just like our Signature Breakfast Wrap you already love - just a vegetarian twist!

Some new seasonal drinks being added to the menu available this week too!

We will be in the village centre with a stall serving up delicious Ice Cream!

The cafe will be open as normal serving up breakfast, lunch, coffees & plenty cakes!

A flock of books Inverurie will be with us tomorrow at the cafe itself too so pop on down grab yourself a book and a read!

It’s the Kintore Street Party this Saturday 🙌🩵

We will be there as your local cafe serving up some delicious Brenda Gerrie Icecream! We are located right in the heart of Kintore at the Town House just opposite our friends Dossett Butcher

We have been busy baking up some fine pieces to hopefully take some down to the street party too 🎉

The cafe will be OPEN AS NORMAL - so you can still get your tasty breakfasts, lunches, coffees & cakes 🍰

End of Summer 🥺

Abby, Mia, Holly and I had the most amazing day together on Sunday at Al Fresco in Aberdeen for a wee end of Summer lunch to celebrate a super busy Summer at The Hummingbird Cafe together & really just have a bit of a laugh!

You’ll be familiar with all of their smiley faces, kind natures & unique charm which creates what you know & love from us at The Hummingbird!

Abby only has a few shifts left with us before heading down to Heriot-Watt University studying Geography 👏 Congratulations Abby & we hope you have the best time when you start your studies! Abby is with us for the rest of this week & her last day with us on Thursday next week; make sure you pop in past to wish her all the best before she heads off!

Mia has been with us throughout many years of Hummingbird; you couldn’t ask for a nicer more gentle natured person! We are very lucky that Mia isn’t going anywhere at the moment, however will be starting back at Aberdeen University shortly so you may see a little less of her smiley face - but she’ll still be around to serve you up some of her fine Coffees ☕️

So many of you love our Holly, with her magnetic energy it’s easy for her to uplift you if you’re not having the best start to the day! Working in many parts of our business; with us at The Hummingbird covering all bases from coffees & cakes to serving it up in the kitchen to being an integral part of the Front of House team at Rebecca Carr!

Our very popular Two Farmers have arrived - we have lots of tasty flavours to choose from! These tins make the perfect little gift for that special someone! Not that you’ll struggle to finish them but these can be resealed and kept fresh to enjoy another day too!
