‼️SATURDAY CUSTOMERS ‼️

If your thinking of coming for a breaky before city beat Southampton sorry Middlesbrough on Saturday it would be advisable to book or call in advance

We’ve got quite a few table bookings early on and we have a booking for 26 people at 10.30am

Iv also agreed to let the weekend staff have some time off with it been bank holiday so we are a little short staffed as well 🙈😂

Straberry jam , coconut , vanilla custard and coconut cream

Biscoff
Salted caramel, Biscoff ganache and fresh cream

Peanut butter
Raspberry jam , peanut butter ganache and raspberry cream

Another big batch of jam & coconuts have been done , might have to start limiting these to 2 a customer because they sold out in about an hour today

When Iv had a stressful day in the kitchen nothing de stresses me better than baking

I think it’s the precision of it
I just get lost in what I’m doing and it helps my thoughts

I enjoy the processes from making the caramel and custard to whipping the cream and then seeing your final creation

Then you get the pleasure of devouring one in 2 bites 🤣

Manchester tarts & banoffee tarts because I had the ingredients on the shelves and I was stressed 🤣

We’ve heard some wild stories about our parking over the last few weeks

The best one was we have designated spots and you’ll get clamped if your not in one of our spots 🤣

We have shared use of this car park next to us , it goes behind the building as well and believe it or not you can park anywhere you like !
