Scale Lane bridge opened for river traffic and left open for days. Unlike other bridges which open, let pass, then close. Why is this?
The vast majority of users are being inconvenienced.

All the other bridges open and close to let river traffic pass. However, Scale lane footbridge is opened for river traffic and then left open for days, prohibiting the vast majority of users.

The amount of river traffic is negligible. The amount of pedestrian use is signigicant.

Why is it not opened, then closed like the other bridges over the river Hull?

To be served at the bar, you must be wearing one! And baseball caps do not count!
If you've not got one, a donation to our chosen charity buckets on the bar will see us lend you one.

A very meagre prize may be given to the best hat, helmet or wig wearer too

And the Winner of our July Pool Competition last week saw Adam beat local businessman Alan after a final frame showdown. A fun night was had and we saw some truly excellent play from all contenders.
Now the World Cup is over, We'll resume to 3rd Wednesday of the Month. 6pm + free practice and registration for 7pm start.
