Scale Lane bridge opened for river traffic and left open for days. Unlike other bridges which open, let pass, then close. Why is this?
The vast majority of users are being inconvenienced.

All the other bridges open and close to let river traffic pass. However, Scale lane footbridge is opened for river traffic and then left open for days, prohibiting the vast majority of users.

The amount of river traffic is negligible. The amount of pedestrian use is signigicant.

Why is it not opened, then closed like the other bridges over the river Hull?

Ayup... Appy Yorkshire Day folks
