Hi Everyone, we had everything set up prepared for a really busy night…
However we’ve had delivery driver after delivery driver do a no show and we’ve finally got 2 drivers (I was delivering what I could before they came in)
We also had a lot of pre orders which meant anyone who ordered past 5 was already in a huge queue whilst I was under the impression that I had all delivery drivers sorted for a really good night!
I just wanted to put a post out apologies to anyone who has ordered and witnessed a delay and for anyone who’s tried ordering and not been able to!
We have temporarily (not all night) turned orders off while we combat the backlog!
Anyone who’s ordered and witnessed a delay please message me with your address and I’ll compensate with a discount for next time you order.
We will be a lot better prepared as of tomorrow including more staff in-store
