Hi All,

Huge apologies for the delayed post we’ve been trying really hard to get everything ready for Monday (Today). We also scheduled a post for last night which unfortunately didn’t post.

My partner who has played a key role since we opened originally is currently away until Friday so instead of postponing the reopening to Wednesday for example I’ve pushed it back to Saturday.

We’ve been working so hard in the store and on the background work that we just haven’t had enough time to train staff to a level we feel confident just yet.

With my partner back on Saturday we can keep an eye on both sides (kitchen & dessert / customer area)

The team is new and not used to our menu off by heart just yet so the idea of running back & forth while we are busy doesn’t fill me with confidence when all I care about is giving customers the best experience possible.

We have simplified the menu but the staff could still do with the support from both of us at all times at least for the first week.

We will now have the time to do a lot of marketing which we ran out of time for meaning we can set ourself up to at least cover Wages, VAT & Bills beforehand as I can see myself running around like a headless chicken when we do open🤣

Saturday is the last opening date…Opening at 11am!
(No more closing for renovations anymore either whoops whoop😅)

LOADED MUNCH IS ALMOST BACK🚨

As many will know before we closed we got extremely busy and to withhold the reputation we have built so far we closed our doors for a huge renovation.

We’ve invested massively in new equipment;
HUGE Griddle, Large Heated Gantry, Mr Whippy Machine, Ice Maker / Crusher & so much more.

Invested in the structure;
Increased kitchen Size, Dessert + Shake Counter, Completely Revamped Customer Area & Beautiful Seating Area (Photos to be shown over coming days)

We’ve also heavily invested in new software;
2 Self Service Kiosk, 2 Kitchen Display Screens, A POS System (For Human Interaction Ordering) & A New App + Website for a Simultaneous Ordering Experience!

We closed our doors to improve as we couldn’t keep up with the demand and from the beginning it’s not been about money its been about giving customers the best experience and every time someone tells me they enjoyed their food it lights me up inside!

🚨EXCITING UPDATE🚨

At Loaded Munch quality has never been our issue… our issue has always been our old app and website which was ran through a software company that sold us a dream and in reality screwed over our customer ordering experience by making it almost impossible to place orders.

However, we have now made the leap and moved to Food Hub with a lot more technology to make the place a lot more efficient:

➡️2 NEW SELF SERVICE KIOSKS (FOR LESS TIME QUEUING)✅
➡️2 KITCHEN DISPLAY SCREENS (FOR FASTER ASSEMBLY)✅
➡️POS SYSTEM (FOR HUMAN INTERACTION ORDERING)✅
➡️NEW APP & WEBSITE (FOR A SIMULTANEOUS ORDERING EXPERIENCE)✅

We are also making changes to other areas of the business to improve other sections such as eating in booths and much more to be revealed over the coming days🫣
