Important Update: Your Safety is Our Priority

Dear Customers,

Your safety is our top priority. We have worked closely with our landlord, local engineers, contractors, the Hull City Council, and the North Point Shopping Centre to ensure our shop meets the highest safety standards.

We are glad to announce that we have passed our latest comprehensive safety inspection.

To ensure a safe environment for both our customers and our team, we have completed the following updates:

Water Safety: Conducted full hygiene testing to ensure our water is safe.

Utility Checks: Completed professional gas and electrical safety inspections.

Environmental Safety: Completed all required asbestos testing.

Fire Protection: Installed an advanced new fire suppression system and upgraded all safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, fire blankets, call points, and fire doors.

Planning & Training: Completed a full fire risk assessment, conducted staff safety drills, and updated all safety documentation.

Evening Dine-in Area Closed by Order of Hull City Council (Our Takeaway and Delivery services will continue as usual)

Dear Customers,

We love having you dine with us! However, to comply with Hull City Council regulations, our seating area must close every evening at:

6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)

4:00 PM (Sundays)

While we would love for you to stay longer, we are legally required to operate as Takeaway and Delivery only after these times.

We truly appreciate your incredible support and understanding. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Update on Our Food Standard and Hygiene Rating

Dear customers,

For the past ten years, we have consistently followed the guidance and regulations provided by the City Council's environmental health and hygiene team.

We always do our best to maintain high food quality. This includes training our staff in proper food-handling practices, using safe and trusted suppliers, keeping the kitchen spotless, using only fresh ingredients, monitoring food temperatures and storage, providing hand sanitiser, and ensuring that all cooking equipment is used correctly.

Following a recent routine inspection, we are proud to share that we have once again received a 5-star rating.
