NEW WINE OF THE WEEK!

This week we take a look at the Xinomavro Jeunes Vignes, bottled by esteemed Greek winemaker Apostolos Thymiopoulos.

Bursting with juicy red fruits, herbs and subtle notes of tomato leaf, the Xinomavro undergoes a process of natural fermentation, allowing much more complex and expressive flavours to develop.

Best enjoyed as either an aperitif or as the perfect companion to one the many mouthwatering dishes served in our restaurant.

If you are interested in delicious food, have great attention to detail and are open to learning you could be the right person for the job!

We need someone with previous experience of at least 1 year in professional kitchens.
