📢 SUNDAY CARVERY TAKEAWAY UPDATE – THE LAMBWATH 📢

To all our guests who use our Sunday Carvery Takeaway & Delivery service ❤️

Following some of the issues experienced last Sunday, we’ve taken the time to look closely at what happened — both with ourselves and with delivery drivers.

We’ve listened to your feedback and have now put several actions in place to help provide a faster, smoother and better service 👇

🍽️ MANAGING ORDERS AT PEAK TIMES
We will be closely monitoring the number of orders coming through. If things become too congested, we may temporarily take our delivery service offline. This will allow our team to concentrate on the orders already received, get them prepared correctly and get them out as quickly as possible.

🛍️ CORRECT THERMAL BAGS ARE NOW REQUIRED
Delivery drivers have been informed that they must arrive with the correct thermal delivery bags.

❗ No order will be handed over to a driver without the correct thermal bag.
We want your Sunday roast arriving as hot and fresh as possible!

🚗 DELIVERY TIMES ARE BEING MONITORED
We will also be monitoring how long drivers are taking to deliver orders once they leave The Lambwath. Where we identify unacceptable delays, appropriate action will be taken.

❤️ THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE & FEEDBACK

Sunday is incredibly busy for our team, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't continue looking for ways to improve.

We appreciate every single order and every guest who chooses The Lambwath for their Sunday roast.

We’ve listened. We’ve taken action. And we’ll keep working to make our Sunday takeaway service even better. 💪🍽️

Thank you from Dave & the team at The Lambwath ❤️
