I am so so so sorry. I got positive for the Covid today. So we decide closed for the following final 2 days. Never thought the end of Bingting would be like of this. But I really don’t want spread the risk and disease to the loveliest you guys! If you have any free drinks not used please DM me let me know. I will try to figure it out. Still thanks for anyone who ever come and support us! It’s a wonderful experience for me.

After receiving this month’s bill, we decide to close Bingting permanently. We can’t afford the ridiculously expensive bill now. Sorry for everyone. We will be officially closed by the end of this month. If you have any free drinks to redeem, please come this two weeks😄
Bingting is the best dream we ever have. We make the truly most unique food in hull which you can’t find in any other restaurants. We insist on doing things we love to eat🤣 I also strongly believe I make one of the best milktea around the UK😁
Thanks to everyone who support us during the process. From design, decoration and everything. Thanks to every customer. I am not good at talking but I really remember many of your faces. And feel truly thankful for your every support!
Maybe in the future there will be one bingting 2.0. Or maybe never. But have had this wonderful Bingting is good enough for my life!

The first time I try this flavor I feel so weird! But lately I got addicted to it! It is not a everyone like taste. It’s not a normal taste. If you like it you will like it a lot like me. If you don’t like you will hate it a lot! Normal is boring. If we want to do something normal then there is no BINGTING🤔

If you get bored about matcha latte, try this one. Fresh for the hot summer. Also it’s the most beautiful one!

🥭Mango Coconut milk
Smashed mango, coconut jelly, coconut milk, milk

Mango and coconut is the perfect match. Safe but sweet choice.

Try them if you already get bored with normal boba drinks! If you are first time boba tea trying, still choose dirty milk tea or fruit tea! 😉

This is our last week to serve food. We are truly sad to post this. But the high cost of bill and growing price of food make us can only make this decision. We just have really childish idea firstly when start this unique Chinese cafe. It is so hard when we want to do something different from the traditional chow mein, fried rice and curry. We never though about it at the beginning. And for the current climate, it is so unrealistic for us to keep surviving. We are really small business (only two people if you ever come). Now our chef decide to go out make money to support this shop keep going. I will stay here and sell the drinks only. Cause there will be only one person in the shop, so I might be a little slower. But I will keep the quality of drinks. Hope this is not the end of bingting. I do not know where is the future. I will keep going till I can’t afford the rent.

This is extremely hard time for every small business. Hope you can support local!

We are very few bubble tea shop do not use creamer powder in the milk tea around the UK. This results we do not have too many fruit choice for milk tea selection. I just do not like the milk tea made of artificial powder. I am so glad some customers can taste the difference. This also leads the cost is much higher than other stores.

And we are not very sweet at the meantime. What I pursuing is a natural sweet and keep the fruit taste as much as I can.

For the smoothie selection, we use real fresh fruit in every cup (and ice cream in the matcha smoothie).

From the beginning, I want to bring something new to the market. Whether the food or the drink. It’s a very personal choice. Not beneficial for the profit at all.
We are very small business especially in this difficult time,hope you like our product, and give us support.
