As Zoe was off on Wednesday, we obviously didn't have scone Wednesdays.

Our baker Zoe, made herself a birthday for Wednesday!
This is our way of saying Zoe's off Wednesday and there won't be any scones! Sorry 🙈
There will be bakes though!

Think this is the first proper cake, I've actually ever made my self.

I turn 40 on Wednesday, so I thought might as well be the starting point of being kinder to myself, this being cake!

Chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache and raspberry filling surrounded by a darker than my soul chocolate buttercream 🖤
