A little taste of what’s on our fish menu… 👀

Pictured here are two of our favourites:

🐟 Tarragon-battered line-caught haddock — thick-cut chips, minted pea purée & caper and tarragon tartare sauce.

🦪 Pan-fried sea bass fillets — crushed baby potatoes, clams, samphire & saffron velouté.

But there’s plenty more where that came from. Our fish menu features a variety of dishes available every day, alongside our daily-changing seafood specials, created by Chef Sebastian. 👨‍🍳✨

Our Chef’s Specials change daily, bringing something a little different to the table — and this one is a beauty. 👨‍🍳

Oven-baked monkfish, served on a bed of chorizo, green beans, tomato & spring onion salsa, with baby potatoes. 🐟

And that’s just today… From Châteaubriand and Steak & Malbec pie to octopus, aubergine lasagne and plenty more, there’s always something tempting to discover.

This here is the lovely Luke! He’s one of our bartenders here at the Rose and Crown, and you’ll usually catch him pouring a few pints, having a little chit chat and a giggle with all our wonderful guests that pop in to say hello! Luke’s currently celebrating having won Employee of the Month- so congratulations Luke! 🙌🥳

When he’s not serving you drinks, you’ll probably find Luke indulging in our delicious Pan-fried Seabass Fillets 🐟 and washing it down with a crisp, bubbly pint of Hawkstone L***r 🍺
