🌿 Team Member Wanted – Oaklake Store & Bistro, Rockingham Forest Park

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Team Member to join our busy bistro and café at Rockingham Forest Park, near Wansford. If you thrive in a friendly, fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

⭐ What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting customers with a warm, welcoming smile
• Preparing hot and cold drinks and serving food
• Making hot and cold food to set specifications with consistent quality
• Keeping the café, shop and kitchen stocked and replenished
• Working closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly
• Operating the till and handling payments
• Maintaining a clean, tidy workspace across café, shop and kitchen
• Supporting both FOH and Kitchen to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Pitching in as part of a small, friendly team where everyone shares the load

🌼 What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and great customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a busy, fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, hardworking team player
• Café or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential — full training provided)
• Able to work at pace and support others
• Flexibility — shifts include days, evenings and weekends
• Own transport essential due to rural location
